Jibran Munaver is the Director of De Cure Center, Bengaluru — the primary clinical partner and data collection facility for the MERIT AI project. With 12+ years of ocular and facial prosthetics experience and over 5,000 patients served across 100+ hospital affiliations (including Narayana Nethralaya), Jibran is a recognised expert in ocular prosthetics and a founding member of the Ocularist Society of India. De Cure's 700 sq ft multi-floor research facility houses the existing ophthalmic equipment (slit lamp, autorefractor, vision assessment tools) that forms the backbone of MERIT AI's Phase 2 data collection targeting 10,000 images. He also leads Karnataka government school and college eye screening camps, creating a sustained patient pipeline.
